We are a non-profit with a PayPal link on our website for donations. Donors have notified us that PayPal is letting them know that the donations are not being processed, but we don't know why. I have spent literally 4 hours on hold over three different calls trying to reach customer support. On my last call, after waiting 50 minutes, they hung up on me. This morning, I tried the call back option and was on hold for an hour and forty minutes before I gave up. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting any real "Customer Service"?
