Hello can someone give me advice. I recently purchased an item from an ebay seller on December 11th 2018. I paid $161.95 for the item in full thru paypal on December 11th 2018 and later on the same day I received a message from the seller that they had made a mistake on their stock and the item was no longer available. They included a list of items that they thought I might be interested in for a replacement in the email. I was not interested in those items and requested my money be refunded to me. I have not received a reply from the seller nor have I received a refund. I have sent several emails with no response and this in now December 17th 2018. When I tried to file a complaint thru ebay the only choice is I have not received the item and the listing still has it listed the item as still waiting to ship so it will not except that choice. this item cost $161.95 and I need that refunded ASAP so I can purchase a replacement christmas present somewhere else
