I put in a dispute for a purchase that never arrived. As when I tried to contact the supplier, the email is now void and the website is now void. Now when I look up the status of my dispute, paypal said that it is resolved and have now closed the claim. But I have not heard back from paypal nor have I received a refund. I have been trying to find out why it was closed and why my dispute has been ignored and just closed without resolving the issue for me? Please advise on how I can take this further please?
