Hello, I used to be able to use my old Skylight card just fine to make purchases, but then I lost it and had to get a replacement. I ran into the "please try again later" error while trying to link it. As of today I am still unable to use this new card. I wish I could use it instead of having to link to my bank. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

I have two individual payments stuck on pending. One was expecting their money on the 4th and the other yesterday. Usually the transfer is instant but now that there has been a delay I'm getting worried. Please help me figure this out! My money is also not in my account and is currently being held by PayPal.

Hello, I paid off an invoice last night, but realized this morning that there were two entries with the amount that I sent to the merchant. Usually there is just the one payment notice. Have I been charged twice or is there something going on at PayPal's end? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I was able to remove my old card, but I'm continuing to receive this message whenever I'm linking the new one: Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method.

Hello, I need to link my new card that I just activated recently, but I keep receiving the "Payment was declined" message every time I try to do so. There is also an order under my old card that was cancelled yet is still listed as "Pending" under my Activity. I attempted to open a case about this, but the transaction apparently can't be found and I can't do that either. How do I amend this? Please help!!
