My account has been limited but no reason has been given as to why. When I click "Resolve", i am informed that all my information has been submitted and it is correct with no issues. Yet in the main hub I am informed that if I dont submit information by some date my account will be terminated. I am unable to access funds and they are not replying to my emails. I am out of the UK so its not convenient to call their call center which can take hours. I wish there was an alternative to Payal, but for me receiving money for freelance work for my Chinese client it is the only option. I am desperately seeking a alternative.
