Hi Paypal members and supporters.I know you do have many topics to read. That is my second topic for one problem. Here is my problem. I had bought item form e-bay "15pc Bolzen Schraube Impact Extractor Mutter Schraube einfach 3-14mm & 1/8"1/2"" on 10 September 2018The item was not arrived. I opened a case in e-bay for refund and i received a message form ebay " "Good news! We issued you a full refund of EUR 45.66 on Nov 12, 2018. The refund includes the purchase price plus original shipping and has been credited to your PayPal account. Decision: This case has been decided in your favor. Comments:We didn't receive valid tracking information from the seller. We're sorry you had a problem with your purchase, and we're issuing you a refund for this case." I had waited couple of weeks and nothing. I wrote to paypal in twitter "AskPayPal". Asking:"Hi Paypal. I have one request for refund transaction 82D75246F8457391P. Would you be so kind to locate this transaction in my paypal account." Answer:"Hi there! Thanks for contacting PayPal. I understand that you have a concern with regards to your refund. Once the refund is initiated, it can take up to 3-5 days or till 30 days for the refund to be credited to your account. It depends on the funding source you have used to make the payment initially. I have provided you information on how refunds work here:..... I hope this gives you more clarity. Please get back to me if you have further questions and I will be happy to help you. Thanks." I have waiting 30 days and asking again for help. Asking:Thank you. I had read the information and yes it was very helpful, but 30 days already pass. What should i do? I am confused. Answer:Thank you for getting back to us. I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with locating the transaction. I would suggest you please check your activity log and see for the transaction. You may also reach out to the recipient and ask them to initiate a refund as they should be able to search it through the transaction ID. I hope the issue gets resolved.
