Done everything u said, up until I clicked on the item needing disputed and when in the item clicked resolution centre. When page opened it only gives me the option to report unauthorised activity, I did authorise the transaction but when items arrived they were different so this is not what I need. I don’t understand why it’s not letting me ‘open a dispute’

I need to open a dispute for items I got that was completely different from the ones ordered. When I went into the initial sale transaction there is no option to open the dispute and I’ve got no idea why? Can anyone advise how to do this please..?
