unable to confirm payment to my account because of unconfirmed email. I had deleted the email address as primary because i don't use it anymore. Right now i am unable to receive payments to my edited primary email i have to use the old one. how do i confirm these payments with my new primary email. please help

i registered my PayPal account with a business email but right now i do not have access to it so i changed my primary email. I have sent a mobile payment with m-pesa to transferto mobile service but i have to confirm this payment before it is credited to my account but the email which i used previously is how i can confirm this payment. is there a way i can confirm this payment using my new email address. please help!
