I recently had my case closed . I ordered 3 external security cameras. This would be a large bulky package to deliver. The seller provided a tracking number and proof of delivery. 3 weeks ago I received an envelope with 3 micro S/D cards in it. I had no clue where this came from emailed the owner with no response (China) So put them in the drawer as I don't need them or have anything that uses micro s/d cards. Since my case was closed I have found that the tracking number provided to Paypal was the tracking number of the envelope I received. This is fruadulent Chinese companies are receiving orders for expensive products, shipping out an envelope with a small item inside, but this provides them with a tracking number so it looks like a delivery was made. Shocking behaviour. Paypal is not researching cases properly , how could 3 security cameras be delivered from China in 5 days claimed by the seller. Its physically not possible! But an envelope could be delivered in that space of time. This allows them to proved a tracking number. How do I appeal a case closed decision as Paypal has helped a fraudulent company by not researching a case correctly .
