Hi, I had been mesaging this seller on the app ,depop, we came to the agreement of £130 for the jacket i liked. He asked that i rather give him the money on PayPal rather than depop due to the charging fee they take. I agreed with this and proceeded to send the payment of £130 and put it through a payment using the buyer protection. I have since mailed the seller and no have not received any replies. i have jsut checked and his account is now deactivated. I was quite eager to buy this jacket since due to the brand, the jacket would normally cost around £525 so i seen this as a steal and without thinking purchased it for what did seem a ver low price. Due to him deactivating his account i am 100% certain i will not be receiving the jacket and would like a full refund. ive tried phoning the help line for paypal and it wasn't much help. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and how they resolved the issue?
