Many thanks for the link - I have read it but it says if it takes longer than 2 hrs it's because they are 'reviewing it' and all the reasons they give for a 'review' don't apply to me at all. It's not a lot of money so not an unusually high amount, I haven't changed anything on my a/c and I have logged on with the device that I have always used too. Not sure what's going on, I suppose I will have to ring them. Many thanks though for the suggestion and your help much appreciated
