I started a claim due to 3 items from the same company not being delivered. I asked for my money back and got no joy. I asked paypal to intervene and arrange for my money to be returned. The company told paypal the items were delivered ,i have the tracking saying they were returned to the seller in October.Paypal said they are looking into it and i have heard nothing . What is the best way to find out what is going on as the date for resolution is 1st December .Does that mean paypal will no longer be involved? . I am 100 euros down and the constant automatic e mails i keep getting from the company saying please send us photos of your cats enjoying our products is making me even more annoyed.
