Hi, I have been trying to add another email address to my account, specifically to change my primary email address; however, it is neither getting updated on PayPal's web nor on PayPal's app. Further, the PayPal app shows an alert stating "Account is highly restricted", which appears very little information for me to be able to resolve from my end, that is if this could be resolved from my end. I am also facing a similar concern with confirmation of my alternate number. I have tried a few times; however, I don't receive the confirmation code and hence, unable to confirm my alternate/another number. Could you please help resolve the above, enabling me to proceed with such updates to my account/profile? Cheers,
