Hi Community, I need help. Already using PayPal for 1 year and this is my first experience having a problem. I tried to withdraw money but there's an alert message: "There’s an issue with your PayPal account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this quickly." I went to the resolution center but there are no cases in my queue currently. I also sent an email to PayPal through compliance apac last November 19. But still no response. Is it normal for PayPal not to reply within 2-3 days? And currently, my account is limited for 7 days already even though I already sent the requirements.
