Hi, My account has been suspended for months since I have relocated back to my home country. It was working ok back when I was in Europe but then I couldn't withdraw my money once I left. I have been asked to submit my proof of address in Europe and I have done so many times but they keep making up excuses and refuse to lift my account. The customer service is the worst and seems like a team of robot that keep saying the same thing without looking into the matter. They told my once again this morning to submit the proof of identity while the web page wants my proof of address. I don't know how long I have to play this game with them where I submit one document and they reject it and ask for a different one. I am now staying in Thailand, is there anyway I can contact a real person that can solve this quicker than their stupid system?
