I've opened a dispute against a seller who has scammed me with an advertisement he's basically copied off ebay, took my money then never sent anything. I've received an email from PayPal confirming he's offered a partial refund. However when I login to my PayPal and attempt to view the dispute, all I get is a blank screen as its trying and failing to load the "Resolution Centre". (to pre-empt any questions, I can confirm yes the emails are from PayPal and yes I'm logging it to Paypal from Google, not from any email links) I've tried to access the resolution centre from my pc (Firefox, chrome) and two mobile phones, via both the app and via the web browser on the phone, yet I get the same issue with a constantly loading screen without any progress. I left one phone with the loading screen and it's still going now over half an hour. I'm astounded at how bad this website is! I have about 8 days to respond apparently, yet paypal are making it impossible for me to respond to the dispute as they can't even code their website to work properly. I need a paypal employee to reply to this thread NOW and fix this! I've sent paypal a message but typically they haven't replied and there's no timescale in which they endeavour to respond. Complete amateur operation. Clearly making it impossible for buyers to actually exercise the "money back guarantee". If anybody from PayPal is reading this, you are operating against UK consumer law, not to mention the going against the legal guidelines imposed by the Advertising Standards Authority. You clearly advertise the money back guarantee yet in practice you aren't adhering to this responsibly. Complete scam! Will be reporting you to my credit card company for fraud.
