We have reached out to PayPal support several times, but have not heard back from any of them, hence we wanted to ask the community whether they've experienced similar treatment. We have completed all the requests in the Account Verification page, including addition of personal and business information, owner, directors, verified bank account and verified VISA card, but the account limitations remain and the system keeps throwing a notification to resolve issues with our account. We have not received feedback from the PayPal personnel and have not had any response back to our several messages via their Help contact forms. Does anyone know what to do? Is this a technical glitch? Note that we have been trying to resolve issues for the past six months.
