Hi I paid for a phone from a Chinese company and then had no contact from them for a week. I had emailed regularly but had no response so raised an issue with paypal. They then contacted the seller who then gave tracking information. This package arrived and Paypal subsequently closed the case. I ordered a phone and the description of the phone is on the order details. They sent a set of useless earphones. With the tracking information now being confirmation of the item being delivered I can not now do anything to provide a means of dispute. I have tried to ring and email paypal for the last week and try and raise an issue via the resolution centre for not receiving the correct item and there seems to be nothing I can do. I even have an email from the seller saying they had sent the wrong item but now their emails are not working. Anybody got any ideas. Nick
