I am unable to download my activity in quickbooks format like I do every month - the screen goes dark grey and will not continue. I've tried both in Chrome and Safari and I'm getting nowhere. I tried to report the issue through the resolution center but it is down also - when you click on "report a problem" it takes you back to the main account activity screen. So then I tried the "contact us" option, but it won't let me "contact us" unless my issue appears in the list of common issues. This is a very frustrating problem and I have not been able to reach anyone at PayPal to get it resolved.
