Hi everyone,
My account has been limited because I haven't uploaded the required documents and after I have uploaded them one of it got rejected, and asks me to upload it again. When I click on the button it leads me to a page that I should wait a few business days for an answer. This is still happening for about 2,5 weeks straight, I have sent them 2 or 3 e-mails, called them , waited 2 minutes on the phone (I'm not local and don't know that what the fees for the call, and don't want to wait 90 minutes for someone to respond and pay my pants out for the phone company). I'm getting frustrated because I cannot whitdraw, or do anything with my acc. I still haven't got any answers from PP through e-mail only an e-mail where they asking me for a feedback which is ridiculous, because it happened in about 48-72 hours after I have contacted the support.
