Hey guys, recently I sold something on a selling website, to which I was unable to send straight away due to me being away from home... Despite informing the buyer of this, they still opened a case with PayPal, to which I received an email informing me that the problem must be resolved or a refund was in order. During this time, they had froze the money the buyer had paid me for the items I had sold them in my PayPal account. However, once I returned home and the item had been shipped and received, I got an email from PayPal, informing me that the dispute had been resolved and the money that was frozen will now appear in my PayPal account. The problem is, the money (after nearly a week) still hasn’t appeared into my account? Just wondering if anyone knew why? Thanks
