Hi, I got a permanent Limitation of PayPal, the reason for which I get told about is I Violated the Users Agreement?! I hadn’t change the product or the Line of business since 8 years where I worked with PayPal. On the phone they couldn’t tell me the exactly reason or again which part of the agreement I broke. On emails I don’t get any answer. someonebody may have a suggestion how I can get an answer from PayPal?
