After four months of back and forth with PayPal attempting to get a refund for a dress not as described (synthetic, not linen) I finally had success. This was after PayPal decided against me, and I had to dispute their finding. MY ADVICE: Call PayPal and speak to an agent in person - the email message centre is hit and miss, they drip feed you information and it offers no continuity of help - too frustrating. If you have all your receipts and shipping documentation, don't give up on your refund. It's tedious but if you are in the right and keep calling they will eventually give you back your money. Make sure you claim a refund on your shipping costs within the timeframe - don't leave it too late. GOOD LUCK!

Hi - I had the same problem. Ordered a linen dress online, it didn't arrive, I registered a complaint with Paypal, the seller finally shipped it, it turned out to be synthetic, not linen, I returned it (paid $20) to China as directed, then nothing. Paypal for some reason decided against my claim, even though I provided proof of return postage. I just don't get it, I did everything right, kept all my receipts and still this company has got away with scamming me. Can you provide the name for the best person in Paypal to contact for an explanation or reconsideration? Having no luck with the customer service automated FAQ runaround. Thanks so much.
