Hello, so a buyer has escalated a paypal dispute regarding the non-receiving of the item. The track-number was provided. It told that the customer was notified about the item awaiting for her. Yet, she still opened a case against me. After a couple almost 2 months the item returned to me and it was writte there that the reason of return was that nobody picked it. But my question it to paypal who "has investigated" my case telling me if I do not respond to the buyer they will decide in his favour. I have responded to the buyer, updated the information. But buyer never contacted me back. I even contacted Paypal to ask what to do in this case. I thought about resending the item. But what if buyer won't pick it again? Regardless of the reason why the buyer didn't pick the item(maybe the notification was really lost, but this is the problem of the post) but why should the seller be to blame, after he did everything he had to. The item was bought on dawanda, that no longer exists,and I understand that maybe paypal's TOS are different, but even so why is the whole sum being returned, how about the shipment and restocking fee, since everything is handmade in our shop. Why did they just closed the case, though I was trying to communicate with the buyer. What should I have done? I don't want to get in this kind of situations in the future. Best Regards, eastfolk
