I ordered on 9 July 2018 an ipad. Paid fortunately through paypal. After many attempts at communication, they informed me it was held up in customs and another would be sent with new tracking number. But no. Again informed still awaiting customs release. I have open disputes with them and initially they replied and now three months later I have asked paypal to escalate to a claim. Still nothing from EGlobal dispite emails and tickets issued. So I would say please do not use. It is a real shame, but quite unbeleivable as there are no real contact addresses or telephone numbers. So you will be really messed up if the item does not arrive or is incorrect. do not use them.
