Hi, Yes we did get a resolution but it took a 3 way conversation to get it moving. 1. Reported it to Paypal 2. Reported it as theft to the bank 3. Reported it to the police and provided bank statements etc The bank refunded all the transactions immediately, on condition that we allowed them to prosecute, which we did. They took it up with the police, and the person was taken to court and prosecuted, received a conviction for theft / fraud and due to this, lost his job. It was pretty straight forward once the bank stepped in, we didn't have any further involvement.
