Currently I'm in a dispute with someone about an item I have bought last week. It was faulty and I've set up the dispute, and the seller has now forwarded it onto review for PayPal. My question is, once I've returned the item and I've been given the refund, can he then make a claim himself against me for what I've returned to him? So if I was to return the faulty item, could he then set up another claim from the money he's refunded? Or can you not set up another dispute from a refund transaction?
Sorry if this doesn't make much sense, but I feel this has been the only way to explain it.
