I had a PayPal account long ago, which I closed after repeated issues. I recently made a "guest purchase" through a vendor, however, and now need to initiate a dispute. I couldn't see how to do that without creating an account again, but once I've done that, the history is obviously not going to reflect that purchase.
I have the e-mailed receipt with confirmation/receipt number. How can I initiate a dispute? We're four weeks post-purchase without receipt of goods purchased, and my attempts to contact the seller are yielding verbatim canned responses.
