Hello guys,
So I bought a hoodie from a company in America and the quality was terrible, I tried to resolve it with them and they were unwilling to respond.
I escalated it through PayPal and they required me to ship the item back with tracking information, On the initial upload of the tracking information, I had put one letter in wrong. I then tried to add the right one in hopes it wouldn't affect me. Of course, PayPal has declined the refund due to the tracking information being wrong and having closed the case. I still have the receipt for the tracking plus the tracking code which if they check will see there is only one letter that is wrong. It has a date on it to show when I got the receipt. The hoodie cost me £50 and the tracking shipment has cost me £12.50.
I am now down £62.50 and have even sent the item back so have no way of even reselling the hoodie. I literally have no idea what to do as the company is unwilling to respond. £62.50 is something I cannot afford to lose this time of year. especially with Christmas around the corner. Can someone please offer me some advice on what to do now?
