Asking on behalf of my employer.
My employer refunded a client who paid my employer via Paypal. The refund went to the client's PayPal balance, but the client wants it to go to the credit card that was used to pay. Since my employer has already refunded the client the money, is it out of our hands now? Is the client able to take care of it from here (transfer to bank account and then to the credit card), or is there more we can do for the client?
