Paypal Customer service is worthless. They tell me there is a issue on there end but they will not describe the issue. They only call it a glitch. This morning I was told that "the team it has been escalated to signifies that it is a VERY IMPORTANT system failure on their end". Paypal refuses to payme my $600 be ay other means including a mailed check, a direct wire transfer for paypal to my bank and they will only restore the funds to my account when the "glitch" has been fixed. Thus, punishing me, the customer, for their failures! I cannot even begin to describe how shady and unprofessional this is! This reeks of something like a system breach or hack that they want to keep hidden. Can anyone else confirm that they are currently affected by this?
