Because of buying from a pretty shady site to begin with paired with poor communication from the seller, no tracking on the package, no confirmation of the purchase, etc etc after over a month waiting for the purchase I opened a dispute, and later a claim after continued lack of communication. Now, over a month later, I finally received the item. So, now of course I need to cancel the claim. Yet, the site offers no option to do so. Anyone have any idea how to cancel it? And because the "Contact Us" doesn't actually allow you to contact a community service rep, I can't even ask anyone with any actual authority. So, here we are.
