If I send someone a payment, it will go through without a problem. As soon as I try to send another payment to the same person or another person, it won't allow me to do it. The first time this happened I called customer service and they told me I needed to be on a desktop computer at home. This fixed the issue. Since then, I have gone through this problem twice now, and it is the same problem when receiving payments. Customers will be able to send one payment, and then the rest will be declined.
