NOTE: This post was mostly copied from another user, who had exactly the same issue. That user solved the issue, but the solution they provided is not working for me.
I go through the process...
Profile > Profile and Settings > Name > Change > Your business name has changed > Continue
I then enter in my new business name and press "Update Business Name"
I get a loading circle then a screen with a large checkmark and the words "Your business name is updated successfully"
I hit "Done".
The screen goes away and I think that the business name has changed only to find out that nothing happened!
I refresh the page, nothing. I log off and log back in, nothing.
I check "My business info" again only to find that nothing had changed.
Note: changing the card statement details doesn't help. Thanks
