Hello, I do own a private PayPal account and a business account. Yesterday I wanted to do my work, but then PayPal wanted to do a "random" check (they happen weekly atm) if it is really me. I am currently in Thailand and didn't want to put my German SIM card into the phone because this costs a lot. The last times I was always able to verify my identity through different means that don't incur charges (email, etc.), but this time it insisted on doing the phone check. Long story short, 10 SMS later, and like 5 calls, and 2 attempts to call the call centers in the US or Germany didn't get me through to a representative. I am writing this now from my private account as I can't even enter the community forum without the login from my account. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME ASAP SUCH THAT I CAN ACCESS MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT. And btw... if the login to your services is such an essential key element to get into touch with customer support then you should better not block logins...
p.S. if you want to restrict the Title field to 100 characters you should add this as a CSS rule instead of letting people do the guess work...
