I received a payment of 400 Euro from a client in Italy on 21 Sept 2018. Immediately I have received an email from paypal, saying "You got the money". In my Paypal account the transaction is shown as COMPLETED, but I don't have any fund available in my balance. I have also add Euro and Sterling Pound to my currencies (as suggested by the call centre) but it seem not working. I have been in touch few times with Paypal and they said they are still working on it, it s look like a technical issue. But after 2 weeks I believe they lost it. I am going to report the theft to the Police this week end, it's unacceptable this way of operating.
