I am running a site selling points, which is not real merchandise. I am still testing my site. 1. I had my wife make payment to my site, using her card. It was declined. The message is: The card is declined. In fact, we actually succeeded once before. My site got her payment. But the second time she tried to buy from my site, the message is : The card is declined. However, she can still make purchase on other site using the same paypal account and the same card. 2. I registered a personal paypal account, linked another card and tried to make payment, still declined. The message is the same. Your card is declined. I called paypal, they said it's your card's problem. So I called my bank, the bank said they didn't even see any payment request from Paypal. My guess is, it should be a problem of my site. Does anyone have any experiences/ advice/ troubleshooting for my issue?
