I recently got out of a dispute claim and got my money back. I was the seller of the product and the person was lying to get their money back. Now that I’ve got the money I was going to send it to my personal acc, but for some reason I cannot! It keeps saying I need to verify my my number, and when I do they say I can’t do that action! I’ve called PayPal but they are no help with this. Can some one help me? This has been happening for 2 days now, should I just wait awhile and see what happens?
