Just talked to the support, the payments are converted into the main currency, which is EUR in my case so my USD balance does not change and that is normal.

I just talked to the support and they helped me sort this out. Even though my balance is shown in two currencies (EUR and USD), each payment is converted to the main currency. In my case every payment in USD ends up being shown in the EUR balance...

I have the same issue, payments appear as "completed" in my merchant account but my balance does not show the amounts. Do I have an issue with the second step?

Hi,
My website generated dozen of payments in USD in the last weeks, and my USD balance did not move at all. You can see on the image below all the latest transactions and my balance being stuck at about $40 for weeks. When I go to a payment detail page, it has the "Completed" status.
Any idea what is happening?
