I recently purchased from this company, and like most people was very happy until something was wrong and had to contact the company.
I am now up to double figure emails.
After first email of having to wait 3 days to recontact them I received a email,
First i was told to get it repair myself then tell them cost.
Then a payment back for £10 pound and get it fixed.
I informed then that to get it fixed could result in damage to product.
Then I got a email with points I had to cover to be able to return back to them at my own cost, that contradicted their own return policy.
I answered with, that was not cost effective for me I take the £10 pounds but was not happy.
Then I revived a email with a £30 pound refund.
I answered with, thank you when will you make and how will you make the repayment.
Then a email saying I was able to return the item.
I answered with, where they covering shipping costs, and what guarantee would I revive my refund.
I then revived a email asking to recontact them in 5 days and to keep patient.
I have raised this on with paypal disputes, but I have seen a very clear trend on all review web sites of multiple emails offering refunds and not doing anything.
So why do paypal help support such a poorly run grab and run company.
