I have a client from Canada who bought an item from me. The next day after the purchase I made the shipment (on August 1). Until now the parcel it's on its way - according to the buyer. Unfortunately, parcels to Canada can't be tracked. My local post says that parcel arrived into Canada airport on August 7. The buyer says that it didn't arrive yet, opened a case in resolution center and wants the money back. I have no possibility to respond to the opened case - it's in paypal review until October 2. So, it means that the third party (the seller) has no right to say anything on it and just see how the money are moved to the buyer who probably has the item and the money back?! How I should deal with it?
