Due to paypal fraud, I am on my 3rd bank debit card. I have called and tried to talk with a person to fix the problem. The charges are still pending through the bank and are not showing through paypal AT ALL. Yet, When I called paypal to report the fraud charges it had them in the automated system (not a person). I agreed that the two charges were fraud. When I had gotten online today to view the status they are not in the resolution center at all. I left my number for a person to call me back. 30 minutes later the system calls me back. I go straight to being on hold for 2 minutes, then cut off. Unbelievable. Now I've got to start all over through the system hoping I choose the right selection to get some result.
I want someone to call me back, issue my money and blackball my name so that NO ONE can use it for paypal.
I should not have to call my bank every time paypal goofs and expect them to cover me.
