I'm waiting 7th day for my balance to reflect transaction I've received on Sep, 21. It was 20 EUR, which never got included into main balance, effectively cutting me off from my money.
I've sent ~7 emails, no respose (Poland has no active helpdesk?). I've made 3 calls, first told me to wait (!), second one that I will have my money the same day (yesterday, didn't happen), today where the help desk worker was outraged that I report no-effect-transaction, with higher tone in voce asking me "Did you receive any email about the transaction?" (the answer: YES!). He was thinking I made myself something up!
Has anyone an experience in going to the Police because of PayPal holding money back for unknown (they say technological) reason? I can go tomorrow, will write a notice today about a crime and submit it on local Police station.
Funny thing, the German party of the transaction got 24 hour response on email and a fix to his balance (his balance was unaffected by the transaction like mine, the difference is that he was to have the money subtracted, while I – added, to the balance).
