yesterday i was informed by e bay that my account had been hacked,pay pal also sent me an e mail
Verification code to reset PayPal password,i was working at the time,a small sale went through,rang e bay waste of time they told me to contact P Pal,sent the info to the resolution centre explaining the unauthorised payment,pay pal have decided that the sale was authorised and i must suffer the loss,cant find a phone number to talk to a human,both e bay and pay pal are just as bad as the scammers out there,how can i escalate this to a full on complaint,
