I want to escalate my dispute to a claim but I don't see a button that says escalate. However, from the resolution center page under open cases, if I click the Case ID in the left column, or click "view" under the action column, my case comes up and at the top it says "Item not received - claim". Does that mean it has already been escalated to a claim? If so, I don't remember escalating it myself. I just want to make sure my case is actually a claim and not a dispute anymore.
If it helps, I opened the case September 17, 2018 and on my case there's a box saying "We’re waiting for the seller's response. We'll get back to you by September 27, 2018 at 10:30:01 PM EDT." The seller has 10 days to respond to Paypal's email. If no response, then what??
