So I had my account been hit with the dreaded limitations starting from September and have been stuck with the limitations too this day. Though I have managed to make some progress in resolving the limitations, I still have one more obstacle to get through. Getting my photo ID to be finished being submitted for review. It's been like that for 1-2 months. And I know that I'm not the only customer who uses PayPal. Other people are having problems too. But I'm I just want to question as to why it's taking so long to review my photo ID.
Hell not only did I provide a picture of my Photo ID, but I provided my school ID card as well. Here's what it say's I'm required to work on. Keep in mind the first two say they're completed. Confirm identity, Provide proof of your address, and Upload a photo ID, as I've said previously. That's still in review for some reason. I sent an email asking if I missed anything, and I got the same old vague response telling me that I just need to wait. Hell I was told to wait 30 days or more.
That was 36 days ago when I sent that email and received that response. I'm getting kind of impatient. I want to be able to use PayPal again. I know that spamming PayPal with emails (I haven't actually spammed them, don't get the wrong idea) will help my situation out, nor would spam calling them. (I haven't done this either). I've called them once already. I don't know if I should call them again. This is getting repetitive. Send an email and get a response that isn't helpful, and then wait another month to send another one to get the same result.
Do I just wait like they said? Did I do something wrong? Will I ever be able to use PayPal again? I know that sounds a bit dramatic, but you have to understand that this started in September. I also know people have dealt with longer periods of time, but I've seen a lot of people saying that they've just given up on trying to remove the limitations because of how long it was taking. I don't want to give up.
