Hi Everyone HELP NEEDED PLEASE I have a business which deals in circuit boards/pcbs for printing machines. We sell our boards on a non return basis this is because when they plug in the new board we have supplied it can blow and damage the board if they didnt rectify the problem which damaged the original board they had on the machine. Often customers think that replacing the board only will fix it and it doesnt they just blow the board we have supplied. Obviously if we offered refunds it would destroy our business. When these boards are installed they should be done so under strict guidelines by a qualified electrical engineer but most of the time the machine owners just plug them in and again damage them! My worry is the seller/buyer protection with paypal. If they blow the board can they open a case to say it was faulty and get the money back? If the customer can do this i wont be able to use paypal. Thanks in advance for any help anybody can give me. I have a customer asking/waiting to pay via paypal.
