Hello All, I recently lost a chargeback case through PayPal. The item was sold through Ebay and shipped with tracking. The tracking showed that the item was delivered to the buyer's address on PayPal. All of this was provided before the decision was made in favor of the buyer. I was told by the agent through chat (live customer service is closed due to Covid-19) that I need to appeal in the resolution center online. I was told to click the appeal button under the action header. Unfortunately, the only action available is view. I am still within the 10 days. This decision was made on yesterday. Does anyone have a solution?
