There is so much to unpack here. I have been unable to "update" my address for my new business card to be sent to because the PayPal webpage will not load the webpage. Somehow, I believe I had to call, and talk to somebody at PayPal. They finally said they would send me a new card. It has been a month, I have not received my new card, I have received a bunch of emails about not getting my card activate. Is there ANYONE here that can give me a clue as to how to email PayPal because the "Contact Us" page is difficult for me to use.
