Earlier, I sent a payment of $100 from my bank account which PayPal changed into euros. I received an email confirming payment. Later I received an incomprehensible email informing me my payment had been declined ( no reason given ) and 'confirming' that my pending refund had been declined by me!
Can anyone suggest what might have happened? I have just about 'had it up to the back teeth' with PayPal and its antics...
